SALSA FITNESS: Salsa Fitness is Yanina’s fusion of classic Latin salsa styles and rhythms, skilfully combining , basic steps of Cuban Salsa, Salsa Calena (Colombian) ,following the structure of a traditional aerobics class. That means non partner partner is required— the moves are choreographed to be done solo, making it easy for everyone to follow, enjoy the music, and get a great workout while dancing to the vibrant energy of salsa.

YANI FIT TANGO: In this class is inspired in Argentine Tango, so uses elements of the style and also Yani likes to explore the history behind the rhythm, helping everyone to understand the emotion and style behind each step.
Back in Argentine Yani used practised Aerotango a common Fitness Dance Style you can easily find in the Sport Centres In Buenos Aires and in other big cities in Argentina. Today she created her own dance session YaniFit Tango where you would experiment and aerobics class but with tango music prepared right for this session and having also the opportunity to dance solo style to the original Argentine classic tango songs.
In YaniFit Dance fitness all difference styles can be experienced, accompanied by the music from their respective regions. Feel yourself come to life and soak up the electrifying atmosphere. She speaks with passion about the historical development of dances and music from different parts of the Latin continent, using the original Spanish terms for dance techniques.
